🎉 Celebrating 45 years of chocolate bliss! 🍫 The Mars factory in Viersen, Germany has been a sweet staple since 1979, producing iconic brands like TWIX, BALISTO, and CELEBRATIONS. With over 320 dedicated Associates, the site is proud to make 10 million chocolate bars a day, reaching over 30 markets worldwide. We are investing €40 million to modernize the factory, boost efficiency and improve sustainability. This will help us meet the growing demand for TWIX and reduce our energy use and emissions to help us reach our Net Zero commitments. Here's to a future filled with more chocolate and less carbon! 🌍 💚

The Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings, held annually on the banks of Lake Constance in Germany, bring together Nobel Laureates and young researchers from around the globe for lectures, panel discussions and seminars.   At Mars, we believe in the power of scientific research, collaboration and partnerships to address the world's most pressing challenges and complex problems. Although shelters have a variety of pets to adopt, only 1 in 8 pet owners got their pet from a rescue center. The State of Pet Homelessness Project shows that changing the perception of rescued animals can get far more pets out of shelters and into loving homes.
