Unlocking Business Potential: Helping Ambitious Business Owners Build Sustainable, Scalable and Sellable Ventures with Loom Principles | Achieved 250% Company Growth Rising from Apprentice to Group Director
Congratulations Team Space2BHeard CIC What can you learn for your business from this amazing bunch? This past weekend I had the pleasure of being the support driver as my wife and her work colleagues took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks to raise money for a cause very personal to one of the group. Not the ideal weekend to pick as it was very hot and incredibly humid, but they all managed to complete the challenge. So what can we learn? 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 - All of them had to dig deep at various points and find it within to push through those hard moments knowing it would get better. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 - There were so many stories afterwards of helping each other at various points. It is very difficult to achieve anything of significance entirely on your own. 𝗘𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 - They weren't entirely focused on finishing but as the photos show, they made sure they took time to enjoy the journey too. 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 - Saving the most important until last. With out doubt the biggest motivating factor for completing was the reason for the walk. A higher purpose for a business acts in the same way for it's people. PS ♻ repost if you think that your followers will find this helpful! —————————— Too busy 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻 your business to be able to 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗼𝗻 it? 👋🏻 𝗛𝗶! I have to share this post for two reasons. One is that I am a proud trustee for Humanimal Trust and really believe in One Medicine for humans and animals (watch the video - Noel explains it better). The second is that I know how many will appreciate how ridiculously cute Noel’s cat, Richochet, is! #onemedicine #humanimaltrust
Happy 10th Birthday Humanimal Trust!! Today, 6th May, we are celebrating our 10th birthday, the day our charity was founded by Professor Noel Fitzpatrick back in 2014. This day is now known as One Medicine Day. We want to thank each and every one of you for your support and dedication for the charity. You are all amazing! Without you we simply would not be here. Thank you from everyone here at Humanimal Trust.

The NSC Labor Division would like to thank IBEW Boston Local 103 Brother and co-owner of McDonald Electric Corporation Tom Cooney. His steadfast caring and generosity helps make the impossible - possible. #103sobrietygroup #ntmf #ibew #neca #boston #recovery #nsc #labordivision #NSCDivisions #Healthandsafety #mentalhealth #workplacementalhealth #mentallyhealthyworkplace #psychologicalhealthandsafety #psychosocialriskmanagement #endthestigma
A huge thank you to Tom for a very generous donation to the Sobriety group! The money we raise goes to things like sober housing, clothing, and toiletries. One of the best parts of this is, once they get back on their feet, they pay the Sobriety group back. It gives them a sense of pride to know that they are given back, and being a part of what helped them. #103sobrietygroup👊

🌟🌟🌟 Calling all heroes! 🌟🌟🌟 On 8/8, something incredible is happening! Safety Positive Foundation is hosting its very first fundraiser, and we need your support! 🙌 We are reaching out to all the kind-hearted souls out there, asking for a small donation of just $8. Yes, you read that right, only $8! Together, we can make a huge difference in the lives of the blind and visually impaired community. 💙 Safety Positive Foundation is dedicated to providing essential services in personal safety. We believe that everyone deserves to feel secure and empowered, regardless of their visual abilities. That's why we offer a range of life-changing programs. Our weekly Teatime discussion calls are a safe space for individuals to share their experiences and learn from one another. These calls are completely free, ensuring that no one is left behind. ☕ But that's not all! Our Safety Positive Fundamentals training is designed to guide people towards becoming more proactive about their personal safety. We believe that knowledge is power, and by equipping individuals with the necessary skills, we can create a safer world for all. 🌍 One of our most impactful services is Verbal Craft, a crisis de-escalation communication training. We teach individuals how to defuse tense situations through effective communication, ensuring that conflicts are resolved peacefully. 🗣️ And guess what? We have even more exciting plans in the pipeline! Soon, we will be offering hands-on self-defense training, empowering our community to protect themselves physically as well. 💪 But we can't do it alone. Your generous donation on this special day will help us lay the foundation for our organization's future. With your support, we can continue providing these life-changing services for many years to come. 🌈 By donating just $8, you are directly contributing to the safety and well-being of an entire community. A group of Belizean children express thanks in unison in this video taken last month after receiving donated Flambeau products and toys. Twelve pallets of donated items arrived at a Belize port last month, destined for the non-profit organization, Project Jumpstart Belize. With the donation in-hand, a ceremony was held January 27 to highlight the commencement of disbursing items. Over 4,000 pounds of useful products include art supply containers, storage cases, toys, and other items appropriate for the Belize school children this non-profit benefits. Over 7,300 items were included in the donation, one of the largest ever received by the organization. Duncan Toys Company, which like Flambeau is a member of the Nordic Group of Companies, contributed a significant portion of the donated items. Anyone wanting to assist Project Jumpstart Belize in its efforts to reverse poverty in Belize and help tackle malnutrition, give access to technology, and provide sanitary products and other resources, should please visit https://lnkd.in/erx7Y_Yi.

Words like these from a trusted source like Jim Fredricks mean so much to us as an organization. This has been a year of great effort and great fruit, and we couldn’t do any of it without you and your support. Would you consider an end-of-year donation to keep the great work of Compassion United going? We are excited to see what 2024 will bring!
