MCommerce is a big trend. Just a few years ago, doing purchases with mobile phones wasn't this common. Consumers relied on desktop computers in doing the actual purchase, even though they had browsed the items on mobile. Nowadays more and more people do shopping on their phones directly. In 2024, the total retail ecommerce sales in the US is expected to reach $605 billion: $1779 per person. 📈 Branded apps represent a premium and exclusive connection with the eCommerce brand. Apps facilitate repeat purchases and customer loyalty. ECommerce apps are also becoming more common, and No Code tech fuels the growth: apps have become more affordable and easier to build. Have you bought something with your phone? #mcommerce #ecommerce #onlineretail #retail #mobileapps #nocode

The checklist to make your eCommerce checkout generate you 2x more revenue 👇 Save it for the future. 🔹 Seamless Navigation - Every step should be intuitive, leaving no room for customer confusion. 🔹 Speed and Convenience - One-click purchases are necessary, especially for returning customers. 🔹 Mobile First - Most shopping is done on mobile. If your checkout isn't smooth on a smartphone, it's not ready. 🔹 Flexible Payment Options - More payment options mean fewer excuses for customers to abandon. 🔹 Intuitive error resolution - Mistakes happen. Make fixing them easy and frustration-free. ( 🤦♂️ please don't tell your customers they have to start the entire checkout process over because of a typo) 🔹 Post-Purchase Convenience - Thank you pages, confirmations, and follow-ups that reassure customers and build lasting relationships. Keep in mind that the goal is to make the checkout process as effortless and reassuring as possible. #ecommerce #conversionoptimization #sales #cartabandonment

Over half of online sales will be made through a mobile device, meaning 50% of total retail media interaction will be also made through mobile. Why is this important? 1️⃣ Bottom of screen on a laptop is very different to bottom of screen on mobile device. 2️⃣ Products sitting in row 3 may have not been seen as a negative but when a row of 4 products on laptop then changes to a single product view on mobile, you move from row 3 of page 1 to scroll 12 on your mobile. 3️⃣ Image dimensions and visuals will need to be assured are going to be mobile compliant. A header banner with a lot of details may be scrunched or overloaded in a mobile view. Pointers that can be very obvious that also can be easily overlooked. Keep adapting your retail media approach and keep up to date with what the market tells you! https://lnkd.in/e9caE-DW

Otipy Dear Otipy Support Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern regarding the pricing of vegetables and fruits on the Otipy app. Over the past couple of weeks, I have observed that the rates of these products vary significantly for different users, even when they are located in the same area and accessing the app simultaneously. To substantiate this issue, I conducted an experiment yesterday wherein I compared the prices of vegetables and fruits using two different smartphones, both located at the same time and geographical location. The results were startling, as the app displayed distinct pricing for identical items on each device. Please find attached the screenshots taken on the respective phones, reflecting the price discrepancies for your reference. This discrepancy raises concerns about the transparency and fairness of pricing on the Otipy platform. It is essential to ensure that all users receive consistent and accurate pricing information, regardless of their device or any other factors. While I cannot rule out the possibility of a technical glitch, there is also a chance that some users might be charged higher than others for the same products. As a loyal customer of Otipy, I strongly urge you to investigate this matter promptly and transparently. This issue undermines the trust that users place in your platform and can have severe repercussions on customer loyalty and brand reputation.
