Keep driving it Paul. We often talked about co-creation, empathy and continuous feedback as critical areas… keep doing what you’re doing! Co-Creation: Patients collaborating with healthcare professionals, researchers, and designers creates solutions that genuinely address their needs. Empathy and Inclusion: Emphasizing empathy, ofcourse includes diverse patient perspectives, particularly from underserved and marginalized communities. Continuous Feedback: Establishing ongoing channels for patient feedback to help refine and improve solutions over time is so key.

This is a really informative read. It’s exciting to think about how we can infuse these same principles across all of the technology experiences that are part of running a successful clinical trial.

This was excellent information helping to provide insight into the patient journey!

This was a great read, Paul. "Reduce cognitive load whenever possible...Pursue simplicity relentlessly" is an excellent reminder when we design not only for patients, but for sites as well.
