Today is #WorldOceansDay, a day created to foster public interest in the protection of the ocean and the sustainable management of its resources. Did you know? Each year, 20 million tons of anchovies and other small forage fish are harvested from the sea to be processed into fish oil. By sourcing our fish-free Omega oil directly from algal and Ahiflower sources, we aim to help reduce the demand for fish and combat the detrimental effects of overfishing.

Ever wondered how termite bait stations work? Termite bait stations are an eco-friendly and highly effective termite control method. They're strategically placed around your property to lure these destructive critters away from your home. 🏡✨ Since termites are foragers, they are always on the hunt for new food sources. Once termites find the bait stations, they munch on the bait which contains a slow-acting chemical. This chemical is then carried back to the termite colony, infecting and eliminating the entire population. Bait stations are monitored regularly, ensuring they remain effective in keeping these pests at bay. This method is not just efficient but also safe for the environment and non-target species. 🌳🐾 Remember, termite damage can be costly. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Make sure to protect your home with termite bait stations. The 83% decline in freshwater species since 1970, an alarming situation due to the shocking consequences of climate change and anthropogenic activities on aquatic terrestrial ecosystems. Relevance to Pakistan: The Indus river dolphin prefers fresh water 💦🌊 with a depth of more than 1 meter as well as more than 700 meters squared of the cross-sectional area. The Indus river dolphin is endemic exclusively to the Indus River system. These dolphins existed in the range of 3,400 km of the Indus river including its tributaries. But the present range shrunk to one fifth of the previous range, alarming. It's home is only 690 km of the river.
