Climate science is usually no laughing matter...
...but tomorrow, July 12, Modern Hydrogen takes the hot seat as the muse of a comedy improv sketch at Bloomberg Green Festival.
Bloomberg Green says its team is "assembling Earth's foremost collaborators, activists, and innovators to lead the way towards a new climate era. Operating across sustainability, design, culture, food, tech, data, science, policy, and entertainment, attendees will participate in solutions-driven experiences alongside world-renowned experts to demonstrate meaningful climate action."
In Seattle? Join Modern Hydrogen at the festival's Climate Creatives Stage Friday, July 12 at 11:45 AM for a unique session called Mad Science - featuring Bandit Theater Theater Improv and Modern's own W. H. Harrison Nealley.
"Hear cutting-edge research and stories from the academic front line for Bandit’s team of improv comedians to warp, twist, and turn on its head. No laboratory could have synthesized an improv show like this."
Featuring Mad Science Climate Scientists:
1. Nick Bond, PhD. Washington State Climatologist with an abiding interest (or obsession) with the weather and climate of the North Pacific and western North America.
2. Harrison Nealley, R&D Engineer at Modern Hydrogen, a Seattle-based clean energy startup with breakthrough technology on producing clean hydrogen while capturing solid carbon.
