We dedicated Maidenbaum Health Care Heros Plaza at Mount Sinai Health System in Oceanside. Shalom and Iris Maidenbaum donated funds to create the plaza, which honors the selfless acts of health care employees who risked their own well being during COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier this afternoon, hundreds of people gathered for the dedication of Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Health Care Heroes Plaza. Thank you for the generous donation from Iris and Shalom Maidenbaum. The Maidenbaum Health Care Heroes Plaza will serve as a place to remember the selfless efforts of hospital nurses, doctors, and support staff who risked their own well-being to care for thousands of patients throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. #oceanside #LongIsland #MaidenbaumHealthCareHeros
