Owner of Podcast Production Company | Podcasting | Podcast Manager | Podcast Coaching | Podcast Launch and Growth Strategist
What if you stood in front of the mirror and you saw a woman who knew what she brought to the table? My friend, if fear is holding you back from starting your podcast, listen up. Fear sounds like this inside your mind: "Who am I to start a podcast?" "There are already so many other podcasts out there, I don't know what I can offer that would be different." "I don't have the money to do this." "What if no one listens?" "What if my highschool best friend hears my podcast?" Sis, these are all ways our minds like to keep us comfortable, quiet, unseen, and unheard. I've been there. I have asked all those questions. The enemy wants you to stay quiet. The time is now. Release the fruit that God has been cultivating within you for these past years, decades, seasons. As you prepare for the new year, think about...what is God calling you to do brave? Where is He calling you to step out? God has you and He has a plan and purpose for all the things you have walked through. Our voice is powerful. It can transform hearts. So, standing in front of the mirror - what if you saw a woman who may be scared but you stepped out in courage and spoke up. Now that's bold. Take action and sign up for our January Podcast Bootcamp: From Idea to Launch. 8 Week, Step by Step Coaching and Strategy with a cohort of like-minded women going from the idea of starting a podcast to an actual podcaster. https://lnkd.in/gRsBq4aZ

Consultants, how do you have a profitable business AND have time for what matters? Ask my client Rosie Stafford Smith - in this podcast episode she tells how: https://lnkd.in/eg46gYA7 In her last corporate job, my client Rosie was working all the time, traveled all over, and had no time for herself. Not to mention time for her family. So when she started her consulting business three years ago, she vowed that she wouldn’t re-create that in her business. (Think back to your last jobby job… sound familiar?) She wanted… space… for the things that matter outside of work. Fast forward a few years in, and she’s making more money than she ever has, she has lunch with her mom every week, she works out every day, and she has space for the things that matter. I’ve invited her onto the podcast so she can share how she did it, and how you can too. Listen to Episode 61: Time for what matters, with Rosie Stafford Smith on the Smart Gets Paid podcast, on Apple Podcasts, or wherever you listen to podcasts. In this episode, you'll hear: 🎧 What Rosie means by “margin” in her life and how she creates it 🎧 How she doubled her revenue in six months 🎧 How our shared Southern “nice girl” upbringing affected us in our business 🎧 What sneaky sabotage started happening when things started to go right 🎧 The 3 types of profitability that every consulting business needs Listen to the episode here: https://lnkd.in/eg46gYA7 P.S. Consultants, if you’ve been getting clients through word of mouth, you know that pang of fear: “What if ‘word of mouth’ comes to end? What if it… dries up?” That’s what my client and I are talking about in this podcast episode: https://lnkd.in/erxZetKs It pops up out of nowhere, interrupting a perfectly good day, sometimes in the middle of the night… When faced with that thought, I’ve found that women do one of two things. Either you continue as you are and trust the universe… Or you figure out what to do next. The woman I’m talking to in today’s episode is doing the latter, and that’s the question she’s brought to our conversation. In this 25-minute episode, you’ll hear: - Why word of mouth is good, as long as you’re intentional about it - The first step to getting more clients through word of mouth - The statistic that can change how you think about the sales process And you’ll hear the surprising experience I had last week which left me feeling restored and refreshed… from the unlikeliest of places. Listen to Ep 21: “Getting ahead of clients "drying up" on Apple Podcasts or your favorite podcast platform. It’s now available on Spotify, Stitcher, Google Podcasts, and iHeartRadio. — Have you ever gotten a client through word of mouth? — P.S. Like this episode? Share it with another woman business owner! #consultants #podcast #womeninbusiness #womenoflinkedin #womenentrepreneurs

Do you remember the last podcast you Saved, and you said, “When was I going to listen to it?”?! ? Ok, do you remember that you saved a few podcasts before in the first place?! Don't try to evade the issue. I'm not coming to remind you of your neglect. On the contrary, I'm coming to help you start listening to them. First, let me tell you about a few features that will make you listen to any podcast in the world: The podcast is live and time-bound (this will help you commit to it instead of postponing it every once in a while). It will be sequential (this will help you in that if you don't catch the first podcast, you will catch the second, and so on). It will be recorded so that if there is a part that you did not hear, you can replace it (but this does not mean that you do not listen to it live and say, “I will listen to the recording”). So that you don't get confused and run around a lot, AMY will provide you with all these features and bring you from the end in a podcast series called “A Podcast from the End”. ? The first podcast with us is a podcast about the field of “HR”, which will be presented by: Mr. Muhammad Ali (Academic Supervisor of the AMY Team) Mr. Mustafa Muhammad (HR). Appointments: Friday of every week. Time: 9 pm. #Share_in_good_benefit_and_benefit #Youth_of_Active_Minds_AMY #Active_Minds_Youth #Written_by_Raghd_Amr_Al-Amir Active Minds Youth
