Starting the conversation about mental health can be hard, but it’s important to reach out to those close to you if you need some extra support. Some ways you can make the conversation easier is: ✔️ do an activity together during the conversation ✔️ only share as much information as you’re ready to ✔️ get your thoughts down in writing first. If you’re uncomfortable having the conversation with someone close to you, you can access mental health information, support and services online and in person.
