I am extremely proud to announce that on May 10th, OSI Engineering was awarded the Cornerstone of the Year Award by the Western Regional Minority Supplier Development Council (WRMSDC), an affiliate of NMSDC. This organization celebrates the best minority suppliers, corporate members, and community partners in Northern California, Nevada, and Hawai‘i that are moving the needle toward a more inclusive and diverse landscape. This prestigious award is a testament to our ongoing commitment to DEI, and I couldn't be prouder of our team.   🙌 At OSI, our Supplier Diversity Program (SDP) isn't just about meeting quotas - it's about creating real opportunities and building meaningful relationships. What sets our program apart is its proactive, inclusive approach, which is deeply integrated into our business strategy. We believe that a diverse supplier base enriches our businesses, drives innovation, and fosters inclusivity.   ✅ Our internal diversity goals go beyond checking a box; they are a fundamental part of our culture. Toward this end, we work with small Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), helping them get started by providing mentorship and creating support groups to create a culture of belonging and equity. We also help to build networks where members can support each other. 👩🎓 We are also proud to work with young students to mentor and encourage them to pursue college degrees and careers in emerging technology fields. For recent graduates, we help with career readiness and network building. By extending our efforts beyond suppliers, we impact the wider minority community and inspire the next generation of diverse talent. ➡️ We also encourage other MBEs to uplift youth in their communities as well. Our goal is to create a robust and supportive community that nurtures growth and success for everyone involved.   🙏 Thank you to everyone who has been a part of our journey.
