🚀 A Grateful Journey with Fujitsu 🙏
🤔 "We've given you a chance, and we want your time. Can you give that?" This was Fujitsu's question during the interview.
Two years with Fujitsu, and my answer to that question has been a resounding YES. During this time, I have dedicated myself to this journey, delivering my full potential every step of the way.
Life's path isn't always a straight line, and my career journey is a testament to that. After trying for 2 years and being rejected by more than 10 companies in the IT industry, including tech giants like Infosys and Amazon, I often questioned my qualifications. Was it because I held a BSC degree instead of BE or BSC in computer science or MCA? Did other fields lack coding skills?
🤔 These doubts weighed heavily on me until Fujitsu entered the picture.
When I asked Fujitsu why they hired me despite my unconventional background, their response was enlightening. In the world of development, coding is just one part of the equation. What truly matters is analytical and critical thinking. These qualities often shine more brightly in individuals with diverse educational backgrounds, like those in the sciences.
Two years down the road with Fujitsu, I can confidently say that the opportunity they provided me was a game-changer. I didn't waste a single moment, and every task I undertook was delivered with the utmost quality. I'm continuing my journey with Fujitsu, driven by the passion to learn, grow, and contribute to our shared success.
