🌟 Celebrating the Impact of Women in Business 🌟 We’re proud to highlight Public Label’s own Erica Calhoun, a dedicated member of the Denver Business Journal’s Outstanding Women in Business program. Over the past few decades, we’ve witnessed a remarkable surge of women rising from underrepresentation to influential leadership roles and successful entrepreneurship. Despite historical barriers like limited access to education and capital, women are now founding thriving companies and holding top executive positions. While challenges such as the gender pay gap and underrepresentation remain, the progress made underscores the crucial need to continue supporting and empowering women in business. Join us in recognizing the achievements and contributions of women leaders like Erica. Let’s continue to champion and pave the way for future generations of women in business! 🌟👩💼✨ #WomenInBusiness #Leadership #Empowerment

Tune in to MarketScale's Experts Talk tomorrow morning, July 11th at 11am EST to listen to our very own, Summer DuBois-Lenderman - Director of Operations and Agency Innovation, chat about #AI in content marketing. Grab your spot here: https://lnkd.in/gDmPr__7
EXPERTS TALK RETURNS THIS WEEK, THURSDAY AT 10 AM CT! And with this debate, we’re talking generative AI video in content marketing. LINK —> https://lnkd.in/gAGyj8H4 I’ll be going LIVE on MarketScale tomorrow with Experts Talk to break down when, where, and WHY content marketers should be using generative AI video in their campaigns. The technology is making noticeable strides, but when content is clearly made with AI, it’s not always received well. Not to mention, it doesn’t always look that great either, IMO. Looking at the mess that was the most recent Toys R Us ad and it’s cringed-out response from viewers, are consumers ready to see fully AI-generated ads on their screens? What’s the benefit for marketers if it creates that much friction in practice? Where does it make most sense to elevate the creative process or insert into final marketing media? Join me and our panelists Danny Wong, Summer DuBois-Lenderman, Ray Smith & Kent Kiersey as we get in the hot seat and let the experts talk on Experts Talk. See you there 💪🔥 #ExpertsTalk #B2B #GenerativeAI #AIinMarketing #MarketScale

We believe in showing our true colors, supporting love, equality, and acceptance for all. The Pride Flag colors each hold a different meaning: ❤️Red: Life 🧡Orange: Healing 💛Yellow: Sunlight 💚Green: Nature 💙Blue: Serenity 💜Purple: Spirit The Progress Pride Flag (shown) was designed to emphasize inclusion and progress within the LGBTQ+ community. It adds black and brown stripes to honor people of color and those affected by HIV/AIDS, and pink, baby blue, and white stripes to represent the transgender, intersex, and non-binary community. #1 CRITICAL CRITIQUE Crushing ideas without feedback leads to a fear of sharing and we know that collaboration are the lifeblood of any agency/brand. At Public Label we use the “Good, Bad, Better Model” when offering critique. Start with what you like, then what you don't like about the idea, and most importantly, how it can be improved. This makes staff feel heard and empowers them with the confidence to improve and problem solve. #2 WALK IT OUT Whether you're stuck on an idea, or experiencing writer's block, consider a change of scenery. Taking a walk can help clear the mind, but you don't have to be alone. Try “walking meetings” with colleagues (in person or headset). Not only can a change of environment shift perspective, but you can still make it a productive and collaborative experience. #3 TAILORED WORK-LIFE At Public Label, we see ourselves as an agency without borders. We have satellite offices across the US and Canada, which works perfectly with our specific collaborative process. Work-life balance is still a huge factor for mental health, but you need to build on what works for your team. Whether it’s a remote work structure, new unorthodox team processes, or even taking the leap into a four-day work week, listen to what makes your unique group of humans excel, and then empower them with meaningful action. #4 A CHAT WITH AI With the latest in conversational AI tools, users can now speak with AI on a more informal basis. While we are not suggesting this as a therapy replacement, it can help in problem-solving. Imagine talking out a solution versus trying to Google a generalized answer. At the end of the day, anything that can help expedite your personal process can help ease the anxiety of looming deadlines. #5 BETTER TOGETHER Sometimes seeing others ‘do’ helps us ‘do’ as well. At Public Label we launched a “Mind and Motion Challenge” where staff can earn rewards for daily achievements like exercise. Having an accountability buddy is one thing, but having a group of people coming together to be better – we call that a meaningful movement. Add a little friendly competition and what was once mundane becomes invigorating. #6 NURTURE NEURODIVERSITY Embrace unique perspectives and skills, while recognizing that everyone's brain works differently. Foster an inclusive environment that supports open communication, accommodates individual needs and celebrates the creative problem-solving abilities of your team. Educate them about neurodiversity and provide resources to help understand and appreciate different thinking styles. You'll not only promote mental wellness but also unlock innovative ways of thinking. #7 LOST IN PERFECTION Too often anxiety can hit during the perfection process. Let's get in the process of sharing thinking that may be ‘unrefined.’ As leaders, we must be willing to foster environments that are both open to new ideas, while not losing valuable time and stress in the minutiae.
