We need a wholesale change in how marketers think about content:     “Instead of thinking of content as a container of information that’s pushed to an audience, leverage content as data in an information exchange with customers and other stakeholders.” - according to Forrester's Future of Content.   As creatives with journalistic roots, we at Group SJR don’t love thinking of content as data…it’s words! And art! But put this way, the idea relates to the AI-powered solution we’re developing to turn website experiences into enlightening conversations instead of frustrating searches for links that don’t quite have what people are looking for. Sometimes data can make everything more human.  #ai #contentmarketing #b2bmarketing
