🗳️ Acknowledge that anxiety and passions are at their peak during this time. Sometimes, people just want to feel seen! 🗳️ Consider sharing a message from company leadership about maintaining a culture of collaboration and mutual respect. 🗳️ Discourage unnecessary political banter. It’s not about censorship. It’s about avoiding negativity, polarization, or aggressive language. 🗳️ If it feels right to you, encourage your team to vote in November.
