Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) and global provider of staffing software Bullhorn bring you the SIA | Bullhorn Staffing Indicator for the week ended June 15. 🔹 On a week-over-week sequential basis, temporary staffing hours worked were up 4.1%, as business picked up further following the Memorial Day holiday related business closures. 🔹 Commercial Staffing hours have regained the ground lost during the Memorial Day holiday week. Professional Staffing hours, however, remain 2% below their pre-holiday level. 🔹 With most economists projecting solid growth in the US economy this year (real GDP growth of 2% or higher), we are keeping our eyes open for signs of an eventual uptick in demand for temporary staffing.
