How do you prove that your ABM approach is working? Bill Macaitis suggested A/B testing it to see the differences. In other words, compare vertical A, where you implement a comprehensive ABM strategy, against vertical B, where you run your usual marketing strategies. Run the test for six months or so and then analyse the differences between the two verticals and assess the impact the ABM had on close rates, ASP, expansions, NPS, brand loyalty and more.
