Interesting to reflect on the connections between Employee Experience and Customer Experience, a theme also discussed with Claudia Adreani recently. More companies are understanding the interconnections between the two and discussing in a more holistic way. This has a huge influence on internal branding, communications and measurement. Being able to demonstrate not just positive outcomes, but positive value created is critical. Moving measurement from tracking outputs, to outcomes to value created is a big topic.
