Many workers struggle with saving enough for retirement, and some have started redefining retirement altogether as they fear they'll run out of money early or never be able to leave the workforce. The lavish wedding between Indian #billionaire heir Anant Ambani and pharmaceutical heiress Radhika Merchant took place over the weekend, and it was a glitzy, star-studded affair. The nuptials took place in Mumbai, India, and comes after months of celebrations and festivities, including Rihanna's first concert in eight years at a pre-wedding celebration. A lifeguard shortage plaguing communities across the U.S. since the start of the pandemic has yet to relent. As heat rages across the U.S., access to desperately needed pools in some cities is curtailed or shut down. And from Wells, Maine, to Anchorage, Alaska, while beaches are open to the public, too few are being watched by lifeguards. People are advised to swim at their own risk. About one-third of the nation’s public pools have been affected, causing reduced hours or closures, according to American Lifeguard Association estimates. 🦋 These ladies are found all over the world, but a new study showed these daring butterflies migrate across the ocean for thousands of miles. Painted lady butterflies, Vanessa cardui, fly at least 2,610 miles, 4,200 kilometers, across the Atlantic, from West Africa to French Guiana in South America, according to a new study published by Nature Communications in June. The study adds that the butterflies possibly traveled at least 4,345 miles, 7,000 kilometers, from the point of butterfly emergence, meaning the location where the butterflies emerged from their cocoons.
