"KYC" - Know Your Client This phrase is frequently associated with the matter of corporate compliance. This phrase basically means that a corporation review closely at possible clients before offering them a service or selling a product. However, allow me to present you with an alternative interpretation of the phrase "KYC" - KNOW YOUR CLIENT. At Hilti Israel, we take part in field rides on a regular basis. On field rides, account managers are joined by representatives from other departments, account sales managers, management personnel, and more. These field rides are intended mainly to learn more about the client, including his needs and level of satisfaction with our services. They also aim to better understand his backlog of upcoming projects, offering our wide range of solutions, and accomplish much more. However, just as crucially, these field rides are designed to hear about and get to know about the account manager's work up close, as well as his daily struggles and challenges dealing with costumers, his relationship with other departments in the company, personal issues and more. The company's sales team is the backbone of the enterprise. Therefore, working closely and effectively with sales team will eventually result in costumer satisfaction and upon company`s revenues. its a win win situation. 𝗙𝘂𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 Nicole: Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family. I have two kids with my husband: a 12 year/old son and a 16 year/old daughter. I'll do just about anything they do because I enjoy quality time with them. 𝘘𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦? 𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙒𝙀𝙍: I work at Station 1 in PDI. 𝘘𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘧𝘢𝘷𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘵 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦? 𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙒𝙀𝙍: I have a lot of favorites, but to name a few, I personally love the open-door policy. It is super welcoming and nice for customers. I also have an awesome team that I appreciate so much. Lastly, I love how the owners will walk through the plant and talk to us. They really care, and they're always celebrating us in special ways, like when they recognize veterans or women. 𝘘𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘢𝘪𝘭 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘴𝘪𝘥𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘙𝘝? 𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙒𝙀𝙍: A lot of people are looking for perfection, but that is something you won't find in the RV industry. Nothing will be perfect, as we are human. We understand this, and we don't try to hide the fact, so we pride ourselves in our customer service. Our team is awesome and we all take pride in our work. 𝘘𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘪𝘴 𝘈𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘥𝘪𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘦𝘥? 𝘼𝙉𝙎𝙒𝙀𝙍: I'll have been here for 2 years in October, but this is my first time in the RV industry. One thing I have noticed and heard, as mentioned before, is how our customer service is better than others. Other companies lack in that aspect, but we take really good care of our customers. 🏃♂️Celebrations: Racing Ahead in XC and Sales! 📈🏃♂️ It's a time of immense pride in our household, with achievements pouring in from both the tracks and the corporate world. Firstly, a huge shoutout to my son for his commendable performance in cross country (XC). His dedication, hard work, and persistence on the tracks inspire me every day. Watching him push his limits and achieve his personal bests is a sight to behold. Parallelly, I'm thrilled to share my own milestones as an SDR. It's been a journey of learning, grinding, and evolving, and I'm grateful for every conversation, connection, and closure I've achieved.
