Vodafone UK and Virgin Media O2 have agreed to extend and enhance their existing mobile network sharing agreement for more than a decade. This network sharing agreement reduces site duplication and ensures that customers of both brands have access to better mobile coverage across the UK. Subject to completion of the merger between Vodafone UK and Three UK, the latter’s mast sites will also join this agreement, plus Virgin Media O2 will acquire mobile spectrum from the newly created MergeCo. That will lead to three scaled mobile network operators in the UK (including BT/EE), each with a better alignment of spectrum holdings. This new network sharing agreement, and the planned merger which will increase 5G investment, will bolster quality mobile coverage across the country and deliver improved services for over 50 million customers. Fake employees in customer support can severely harm a company by: 1. **Eroding Customer Trust**: Discovering fake representatives can make customers lose faith in the company. 2. **Lowering Service Quality**: Untrained fake employees can lead to unresolved issues and poor service. 3. **Legal and Ethical Risks**: This practice can result in legal problems and damage the company’s reputation. 4. **Financial Loss**: Poor service and lost customers directly affect the company's revenue.

How does MergeCo relate to the existing EE and Three MBNL equivalent? There seems a lot to unpick here in terms of shared infrastructure and site sharing

Great news for 5G and future connectivity! And just in time as the older connectivity like 3G is being phased out so more coverage is always welcomed! https://www.itg.uk.com/blog/the-3g-mobile-network-switch-off-what-you-need-to-know
