Have you heard about our new initiative... the "Creator-Led Venture Studio"? So its still venture building but with a twist... We take established creators/influencers from popular platorms like Tiktok/Youtube/Instagram and we match them up with startups working on a product that suits that audience. It's win-win. Day2 #first5000users Investors, friends, parents, competitors, or founders are not the real judges of startups or products. But who are the real judges? USERS/CUSTOMERS are the real judges of startups or products, in my opinion. We realized this late in our journey. Initially, I was pitching Inovact Social to investors and in Business case competitions without a product and with just an idea. The response and feedback we got were bitter. No doubt, this feedback helped us in shaping the product. But once traction started, organic positive reviews started to pour in, and after speaking with early adopters, we realized we were solving a problem and mostly in the right way. As a founder, I have learned much about the product, use cases, potential business models, and direction from early users. They are my strength and teachers. Especially when feedback is honest and genuine, I love it! I try to keep in touch with these users before every feature release or if we are stuck with something. My point is that you need not impress yourself, investors, friends, family, or anyone else but ideal USERS! If you can impress your users, you are halfway there. If these users love your product or idea, they will be loyal and can even refer your product to their peers. So keep building, initial judgment will be bitter. But once you have solid data to back the practicality of your product or idea, go all in! Talk to users, I cannot write how important it is for you to talk to users. We weren't talking to users initially. We made a lot of mistakes. But after creating WhatsApp groups for early users, and talking to users on email/call/WhatsApp, we got great advice. So build - talk to users - take feedback - go back to building. P.S.
