These are great tips in our new "Normal" of hybrid work....
This #TipTuesday we're sharing 3 benefits of virtual interviews! 1. Accommodate candidates with a wide variety of schedules - Some candidates may be job-hunting while fully-employed, and be unable to make the commute to your office for an in-person interview. 2. Take better notes - Rather than jotting down what you can recall following an in-person interview, virtual interviews allow for you to take detailed notes throughout the interview. 3. Decreased risk of bias - It's easy to give preference to someone you exchanged a cup of coffee with over someone whom you haven't met in person. Conducting all of your interviews virtually standardizes the experience and can help you weigh the qualifications of candidates equally. #TheHollisterGroup #TheHollisterDifference #BostonStaffingAgency #StaffingAgency
