Congratulations to our EnTec Engineering Hackathon participants!🚀 Over three dynamic days at our Nihonbashi office, the engineers of our talented Enterprise Technology (EnTec) team showcased their skills and creativity to uplift the user happiness of our internal cloud-based collaboration platform, along with its virtual productivity, GenAI, and Machine Learning capabilities. Two teams, led by Aaron Reyes and Alex Chizhov, stood out and impressed our panel of product experts with their fresh thinking on how to utilize Infrastructure as Code to scale virtual workspaces, as well as how to inject greater human-centricity to improve interface designs and streamline workflows. A huge shoutout to everyone who took part. These events are vital for making our technology work for people’s convenience, security, and enjoyment. Our very own Yoshimi Nakajima recently organized an inspiring Ikebana team-building exercise where attendees delved into the art behind ikebana, discovering how adopting new perspectives together can lead to unexpected creativity. The traditional Japanese art of flower arrangement, focusing on harmony, balance, and simplicity, provided a great opportunity to put our #Kaizen and #Challenge mindset into practice.
