Been getting a big response to my post yesterday about offering to apply for jobs at Scopely. Keep it coming! https://lnkd.in/g4jepmkC Keep this in mind: Scopely posts jobs all the time, like every week. Set a job alert on them (and anyone else for that matter) and keep checking. I am happy to apply you to more than 1 job as they come up. Also keep in mind: I didn't get my job at Scopely till after my 3 job I applied for and I interviewed off and on for a year till I finally landed my job (yes, that was a long time and a good chunk of it was my fault, but I did interview a lot). Though the first two jobs I interviewed for were a bit of a stretch and the final one (Technical Director) is more in my wheelhouse. Point is, keep trying.

Marketing Manager @ Hey Digital 💙 | Content Creation + thought leadership for B2B Brands to Attract Inbound Leads ⚡️
The job market is Chaotic right now. If you're in a job right now, I want you to truly feel grateful because this is the most uncertain time ever and you still were able to retain a job. If you're not in a job right now, I want you to not lose hope. Maybe try new techniques like reaching out to the recruiter personally. Don't just apply, also look for suitable references etc. Just don't lose hope, it might not look like there's a road in this sea of rejections.. I'm confident if you just keep going, you'll find yourself choosing between multiple companies that want to hire you! For example: Check out Cassie Moreno's posts. She shared her journey, on how she got her dream job. She kept posting on LinkedIn and helped others that's how she got it. You too can start posting and showcase your skills. You got this ❤️

I make finding a job easy for newcomers and students in Canada | Employer Relations - Yorkville University
How long has it been since you started looking for a job? 3, 6, or 9 months? And its the same on repeat, am I right? - 1️⃣ Apply to a 100 jobs. 2️⃣ Get Rejected 100 times. 3️⃣ Then be sad for 5 minutes. 4️⃣ Apply to 100 more in anger and so on… Why not use your time differently? If you look at the skills employers are looking for nowadays, its all the same. The employers want to know how you used those skills. Yes, you have the experiences from past work, but what about the job search period, are you still utilizing those skills?

some useful tips for all job searchers. no amount of money is worth your mental health. remember, you perform best when your mental health is at its best. in addition, while viewing a company's past employees, you also get to have an idea of it's turnover. usually, companies with a high employee turnover are a red flag - so find out why that is so before accepting an offer.
Human Resource Consulting || Outsourcing || Employee contract handling|| HR Audit|| Performance Management || Payroll services
Before accepting a job offer: (Do this to avoid working in a toxic workplace) 1. Click 'Search' on LinkedIn. 2. Find the company you interviewed at. 3. Press the 'people' button and filter it down. 4. Filter by 'location', and 'what they do' specifically. 5. Now, look for people who left the company recently. 6. To do so, click "all filters" and select 'past employees.' Send them this message: "Hi, I noticed you previously worked for company X. I'm considering signing an offer there................Would you be willing to share your previous experience there with me?" Pro tip: Target people who worked in your new role. Remember, companies do their research on you... make sure you research them back.🙂
