Information overload affects us all in different ways, with hundreds of job listings scattered across numerous job boards. I want to simplify the process. If you come across this post, please take a moment to comment below and tag your organization or drop a link to your company's website. Whether it's contract work or not, every opportunity matters. Many of our friends have recently lost their jobs, and I want to provide them with valuable resources to explore. Let's not just scroll past each other—let's extend a helping hand. Just a word of advice to job seekers. When you are interested in working for a particular organization and you want to present yourself as a potential candidate, please check their careers pages first to see what roles they are hiring for currently before sending a message to them in InMail. It will save you some time and energy. I get a lot of InMail's where job seekers have written very long messages about what they bring to the table for roles that we don't have available currently and in most cases don't even hire for. Moral of the story: Check the company's career page to see current job openings to set yourself up for success. Have a great day! 😎

People Ops Associate @ AseelApp | Founder and Project Lead @Better Career - I connect your business with vetted interns and seasoned talents for growth.
Before you start your search for a new employee, take sufficient time to think about the role. Use the 10/90 Rule. Spent 10% of your time to think and bring clarity about your open job. That will save you 90% of the time you spent to make the right decision. Think of a job as a pipeline. It has end-of-the-process results. Think in terms of achievements instead of activities. Achievements should be measurable and objective. That way, Your job specification should tell: - What is expected from the person - What are the skills required - Personality Characteristics. #TalentandImpact
