Insights Corner: Proportion of Hires from Inbound Applications

This month we analyzed 230K applications that reached the offer stage from January 2021 through March 2024 to benchmark Offer Acceptance Rate (OAR). One key takeaway: The most hires come from inbound applications, growing even faster since Q1 2023. This shows the increasing importance of building in capacity to review applications and having accurate job descriptions to encourage the best-matched candidates to apply. New on Ashby

We recently added the ability to create AI-generated feedback summaries for candidates – directly from the candidate profile.

This instantly creates a high level summary of feedback at any point during the interview process. 

Just like our existing AI features, we’ll provide you with citations so you can see source content when needed. This feature helps organize feedback into “Strengths” + “Areas to review” and offers a quick way of getting up to speed on candidates.
