As  TIBCO-certified solutions architect, Octavio spends his time getting hands-on with customer challenges around analytics, business intelligence, data management, data science, virtualization, and more. He has led numerous successes either as a project leader or a mentor to the broader Genware team.

He demonstrated his innovative thinking when managing a healthcare customer's challenge in improving care for patients and lowering operational costs throughout their practices. Instead of looking at these requirements independently, Octavio sought to unlock greater efficiencies through critical workstreams and decision-making processes within the healthcare organization. He brought together capabilities for in-depth data analysis to drive faster decision-making through TIBCO® Data Virtualization and built advanced visual analytics dashboards using live data powered by TIBCO Spotfire®.  

As a result, the tailored solution became a business insights engine covering four key areas: performance management, billing, patient, operations.
