Where does your organisation sit?

Having interacted with a multitude of businesses over the past twenty years I have seen a lot of movement on these points. To my mind the key point here is on measuring outputs and not inputs, the rest are generally driven by that key approach and it's an aspect of general business management I have often seen overlooked in favour of simply following templates and metrics. Sometimes you have to trust the people you hire to do the job you hired them to do.
