Manning got into the game after a bad accident left him seeking answers for his pain with CBD and THC.
It started small, but his idea has turned into 13 Snapdragon Hemp stores statewide.
For the last year they've been selling legal THC infused drinks called Canna Bliss at bars, restaurants and liquor stores.
