Prince Andrew is set to benefit from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's exile from the British Royal Family under King Charles' instructions.

The Sussexes were told to vacate the property in March 2023, nearly three years after they had stepped down as working royals and embarking on a new chapter of their life in the United States.

They had lived in their former UK residence, the Grade-II listed Frogmore Cottage in Windsor, since 2019 after Queen Elizabeth gave it to them as a grace and favor home.

The couple converted it into a four-bedroom home with a nursery and it was valued at around 2.4million. But they have since moved to settle in Montecito, California, leaving the residence empty.

They were reportedly told by King Charles that he wanted to evict them because it would "allow someone else" to move in - and reports in The Daily Express suggest that man is Prince Andrew.

Andrew is reportedly involved in an ongoing dispute over Royal Lodge, where he currently resides, according to The Mirror.

When Harry and Meghan were given their eviction notice for the Windsor-based property, the King looked into a "range of options" to satisfy Andrew after insisting he must leave Royal Lodge.

King Charles issues threat to Prince Andrew

It comes as Harry and Meghan are yet to resolve their feud with the Royal Family, following a number of public rows escalating from their Netflix documentary about their life as royals.

And it seems there will be no way back for them once Andrew moves into Frogmore.

The 64-year-old settled his sexual assault civil case with Virginia Giuffre in 2022 and has been keeping a low profile by moving in with his older sibling Charles, 75.

He currently lives at The Lodge with his ex-wife, Sarah, but the King is keen to get his brother out of the 30-room home.

It seems he is willing to house him at Frogmore to ensure an easy transition, as the residence is also based in Windsor.

Andrew, who no longer has official duties after being forced to quit over the Jeffrey Epstein scandal, has been reportedly told Charles will sever ties with him if he does not obey.
