So, each month, payments are issued according to a recipients' date of birth and here is how it is outlined:
- Second Wednesday: If your birthday is from the first through the 10th, expect your payment on the second Wednesday of each month.
- Third Wednesday: If your birthday is from the 11th through the 20th, expect your payment on the third Wednesday of each month.
- Fourth Wednesday: If your birthday is from the 21st through the 31st, expect your payment on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
So as April 17 is the third Wednesday of the month (3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th), people with a birth date between the 11th and 20th of whatever month can expect to be paid then.
However, if a person was receiving payments from before May 1997, their payment will be the third Wednesday of each month regardless of their date of birth.
