Welcome to Marca's Start' Em Sit' Em for Week 7. Week 6 was a relatively low-scoring week for Fantasy players, with few QBs even breaking the 20-point barrier. As a matter of fact, it was Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert who led scoring with 31.2 (standard format).
Despite injuries to several stars, several uneven matchups on the horizon should make for an uptick in points across the board. Whether you're loving life at 6-0, hating it at 0-6... or somewhere in between, these are the not-so-obvious starts as well as sits for the seventh week of the 2023 NFL regular season.

A whopping six teams have Week 7 byes: Carolina Panthers (CAR), Cincinnati Bengals (CIN), Dallas Cowboys (DAL), New York Jets (NYJ), Tennessee Titans (TEN), Houston Texans (HOU).
Start 'Em, Week 7 Fantasy Football must-starts:
QB - Quarterback:
Jordan Love (at DEN): After three great weeks, the Green Bay Packers' QB had a rough week 5. GB was one of two teams on bye last week, and the Packers' signal caller has an ideal matchup at Denver to have another high-scoring Fantasy week.
Geno Smith (vs. AZ): The Cardinals help up surprisingly well in pass defense against Joe Burrow's Bengals last week. It will likely be another story though, as Arizona heads into Lumen Field. Even with DK Metcalf dealing with injury issues, Geno Smith should have a high-scoring day.
RB - Running back:
Jerome Ford (at IND): The Cleveland Browns running back caught fire late into the game against the 49ers. The RB averaged 4.9 yards per carry for a total 91 yards from scrimmage against a stout 49ers D. Now he has a prime matchup at Indianapolis.
Brian Robinson Jr.(at NYG): The Washington Commanders RB looks destined for many yards, carries and possible scores against a Giants team that is struggling mightily on offense. Despite New York's defense holding Buffalo to only 14 points on SNF, Robinson should have a great day against a Giants team in turmoil.
WR - Wide receiver:
Drake London (at TB): Desmond Ridder is stepping up more each week, and with that so are London's stat-lines. While Tampa's defense has been solid against the run, they showed a vulnerable secondary against the Lions in Week 6.
Puka Nacua (vs PIT): It's clear that Cooper Kupp's return to action has hindered Nacua somewhat. But the rookie wide receiver remains a must-start, and he has yet to see less than 7 targets in any 2023 game.
TE - Tight end:
Jonnu Smith (at TB): Despite Kyle Pitts still being underused in a criminal way, the Falcons are slowly developing a two-TE monster set. Jonnu Smith is showing glimpses on his prime Titan days.
Michael Mayer (at CHI): While no rookie tight end even comes close to the Lions' Sam LaPorta, a new force is emerging at the TE position amongst first-year players. With Brian Hoyer under center for the Raiders, Mayer saw as many targets (6) as Kyle Pitts, Mark Andrews and Dawson Knox in week 6.
D/ST - Defense & Special Teams:
- Las Vegas Raiders (at CHI), Green Bay Packers (at DEN), Cleveland Browns (at IND), Seattle Seahawks (vs AZ), Washington Commanders (at NYG).
Sit 'Em, Week 7 Fantasy Football sits:
- QB - Quarterback: Kirk Cousins (vs SF), Gardner Minshew (vs CLE), Trevor Lawrence (at NO).
- RB - Running Back: Najee Harris (at LAR), Gus Edwards (vs DET), Rachaad White (vs ATL).
- WR - Wide Receiver: Amari Cooper (at IND), Jerry Jeudy (vs GB), Michael Pittman Jr. (vs CLE).
- TE - Tight End: Hunter Henry (vs BUF), Dalton Kincaid (at NE), Chig Okonkwo (vs ATL).
