I have never encountered this situation myself, but I designed section-watchlist as if it were possible. As an example, someone could start two RfCs at once, each with a "Support" and "Oppose" section. section-watchlist identifies sections using a combination of anchor and duplicate index, i.e. the index of this section among all sections of the page with the same anchor. Every time a section is renamed, all sections with the same anchor have to be re-identified. |
