Scott Sartiano will open Sartiano’s at the Hedges Inn — the locale where rumor had it he was thinking of trying to open an outpost of Zero Bond, his members-only club.

Rattled by the prospect of wee hours partying in East Hampton’s historic village district at a planned East End outpost of the NoHo hotspot, East Hampton recently decided to stick to its traditional 11 p.m. last call for restaurants.

Sartiano’s popular Zero Bond club in Manhattan has become quite the scene due to the patronage of Taylor Swift, Kim Kardashian, Mayor Adams and many other luminaries.

In a public session May 17, local residents spoke up to show support for the resolution, which was voted into law later that afternoon. The vote came amid rumors about other venues looking to potentially open late-night options.

Instead, Sartiano will open an an outpost of his popular NYC eatery in the historic inn. Like its city counterpart, the eatery will operate under the culinary direction of Alfred Portale.

It will be open Thursday to Sunday by reservation only beginning July 18.
