Capital Supply Service and Purpose Report Bill

The proposed legislation, introduced by Deputy Matt Shanahan and which would require details of capital expenditure by asset to be given in a comprehensive report to the Oireachtas, was deemed appropriate by the Committee to proceed to Committee Stage.

Access to cash Bill

In considering this proposed legislation, the Committee recommends a clear timeline for the publicatin of guidelines in assessing local deficiencies in access to cash and that access to public transport, geographic factors and demographics are taken into account in the assessment of deficiencies.
