Alex joined the Resolution Foundation in October 2023 to work on social security, living standards and poverty. Before joining the Foundation, Alex spent three years at Policy in Practice, where his work focused on targeted benefit take-up and modelling Council Tax Support schemes for local authorities. He holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from Queen Mary, University of London, and an MSc in Comparative Social Policy from the University of Oxford.
