Replacement SIM card or eSIM

Lost or stolen SIM / device upgrades

We'll automatically send you a replacement SIM card or eSIM if you:

  • Report your phone, tablet or laptop as lost or stolen.
  • Upgrade your phone, tablet or laptop and need a different sized SIM card or a different type of SIM.

Once you’ve got it, follow the 'Activate your replacement SIM' steps below.

There's a maximum number of replacement SIM cards you can get per account.

Activate your replacement SIM

When you've got your new SIM, sign into your account to activate your replacement SIM online. This should only take a few minutes.

Once it's activated, your number and plan will work with the new replacement SIM.

Next steps:

  • For SIM cards: Just pop the new SIM in your phone, tablet or laptop.
  • For eSIMs: You'll also need to Install your replacement eSIM on your device to get it to work.
