This statistic shows the share of conceptions of girls aged under 16 years ending in abortion in England and Wales from 2004 to 2021. The share of terminated pregnancies in this age group has in general increased over the provided time period. Although in 2021, 59.8 percent of pregnancies led to abortion, the lowest share since 2015.
