It is the same place. It just depends on the view points of the reader to call it one over the other. It is thought to be changed to Burma because it was going to clear up the confusion on what to call the people that lived there. @ B.Lameira, according to President Office notification 32/2016 (3 June 2016), role/protocol of State Counsellor is above the VPs. BBC Burmese [1], Xinhua Myanmar [2]. In regarding presidential line of succession, it is a different matter according to constitution. @Therequiembellishere, any opinion regarding this issue? Thank you.
