Devkota Memorial Higher Secondary School

Was initially proposed for deletion based on being a copy of Deokota Memorial School but this was contested. This article still makes no claim to notability and shows no signs of passing WP:GNG or WP:NORG. The best source that I can find in English is Kaha6, which is a basic database page.
