Updated 08 November 2004, 11.26
Madonna with Lourdes
Madonna's daughter Lourdes has followed in her mum's footsteps by writing a story for a Christmas book.

Madge sold 500,000 copies of her first children's book, The English Roses.

Lourdes, eight, is among 14 famous people who have written pieces for Christmas Stories, which will raise cash for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

The book is being launched at London store Selfridges on 9 November. It also features a piece by X-Factor judge Sharon Osbourne about one of her dogs.
