Introduction
The present Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by the website http://www.Affiliates.NetBet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’). The company «Love 2 Celebrate Limited» manages the above website. With your registration to http://www.Affiliates.NetBet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’)as an affiliate, you participate in the Official Affiliates Program of www.NetBet.gr in Greece and declare that you have read, understood, and accepted, the following terms and conditions that constitute the Agreement between you and us.
1.Definitions
1.1 ‘Site’: The webpage http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’) that promotes advertising of the website www.netbet.gr
1.2 ‘We, Us’: The company ‘Love 2 Celebrate Ltd.’, which is approved by the responsible maltese supervisory authority ‘Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority’ (henceforth MGA) as licensee intermediary of the MGA licensed for the provision of gaming via the internet of the company ‘NETBET ENTERPRISES LTD’ and has undertaken the promotion and marketing services for the website www.netbet.gr and its sub-webpages in Greece. The company ‘Love 2 Celebrate Ltd.’ is a daughter company of ‘NETBET ENTERPRISES LTD’ and is subject to the transitional status of par. 12 of article 50 of law 4002/2011 regarding the provision of gambling services and gaming through the internet in Greece.
1.3 ‘You’: The affiliate that participates in the Official Affiliates Program of www.NetBet.gr for the promotion in the Greek territory of the webpage and its subdomains with the .gr domain extension, through registration to the website http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’)
1.4 ‘Deposits’: The amount of money deposited by the Player in their NETBET Account in the website www.netbet.gr and its subdomains with the .gr domain extension.
1.5 ‘Withdrawals’: The amount of money withdrawn by the Player from their NETBET account in the website www.netbet.gr and its subdomains with the .gr domain extension.
1.6.α) 'CPA' : the amount of commission that you are entitled to and receive in accordance with the provisions of the present Agreement.
1.6.β) ‘Revenue Share’ or RS: he amount of commission that you are entitled to and receive in accordance with the provisions of the present Agreement.
1.7 ‘Banner and Link’: The creative material that we provide in order to include it in your website and direct the interested visitors of your website to the website www.netbet.gr and its subdomains with the .gr domain extension.
1.7 ‘Player’: The individual who registered and opened a NETBET Account at the website www.netbet.gr or this subdomains with the domain .gr, who has (a) accessed the website www.netbet.gr or its subdomains for the above purpose using a link that provided in your website/websites, and (b) is recorded in your tracker in the affiliates.netbet.gr platform.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
2.1 By registering at http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’) you are obliged to place in your site a ‘Banner or Link’ that promotes the website www.netbet.gr and directs the interested visitor of your website to the www.netbet.gr website.
2.2 You will use exclusively the creative material which is on the platform http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’) and which has been submitted for approval and has been approved by the Gaming Supervision and Control Commission. The use of other creative material by the partners is strictly forbidden.
2.3 Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, any Commission containing a revenue share component shall only be payable to You for a maximum period of 12 months from the date on which the Player registers.
3. COMMISSION
3.1 You are entitled to receive commission (CPA or Revenue Share), provided that cumulatively the following conditions are fulfilled:
A) Every calendar month new Players/Depositors are recorded on your partner account,
B) These Players open a NETBET account and participate in the games offered on the websites of netbet.gr with real money, and
C) These Players have fully identified their account (KYC - Know Your Client) to NETBET within 30 days from the time they opened their account
3.2.α) You are entitled to receive under these conditions (paragraph 3.1) the CPA commission amount of 25.00 euros * [2] for each Player that (a) Will be registered to www.netbet.gr, will open a NETBET Account and make a first deposit in his NETBET Account worth at least 20 euros and (b) will place bets of at least 60.00 euros within 30 days of registering to the www.netbet.gr website or its subpages (subdomains) with the .gr domain extension and (c) has fully identified his account (KYC-Know Your Client) in NETBET.
3.2.β.) You are entitled to receive under these conditions (paragraph 3.1) the Revenue Share (RS) commission of 20%[3] negative carry over from the overall activity (loss) of the player that
(a) Will be registered to www.netbet.gr, will open a NETBET Account and make a first deposit in his NETBET Account worth at least 10 euros and (b) has fully identified his account (KYC-Know Your Client) in NETBET.
3.3. Any commissions you are entitled to will be credited to your affiliate account.
3.4 We reserve the right to permanently delete partner accounts that have not recorded, as defined above, at least 10 new players/depositors within three calendar months.
3.5 The direct connection of a Player Account in www.netbet.gr with the Affiliate Account in www.affiliates.netbet.gr is forbidden. The partner may open a www.netbet.gr Account and participate in the games offered on this website and its subpages with the .gr domain extension, but he is not allowed to receive commission through the affiliate account maintained.
3.6 Subject to the above, you are entitled to a commission for as long as you advertise our products under the conditions provided herein. In case of interruption or termination of cooperation for any reason, we reserve the right to close the affiliate account.
3.7 Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, any Commission containing a revenue share component shall only be payable to You for a maximum period of 12 months from the date on which the Player registers.

4.1 http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’) offers an affiliate program which is specializing in the promotion of gambling over the Internet and especially in sports betting, casino and poker. The http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’) offers a reliable and safe partner program. The quality of our services is based on a professional and consistent team of professionals.
4.2 Access to persons under the age of 21 to the www.netbet.gr website and its subpages (subdomains) with the .gr domain extension offered through our affiliate program is strictly forbidden according to current Greek Law. Our affiliate program promotes responsible gambling.
5. SAFETY AND SECURITY

6. PASSWORD PROTECTION
6.1 The password you choose upon registration in http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’) should contain a mixture of alphanumeric characters and special characters. It is the partner’s sole responsibility to ensure the secrecy of the Password, which should not be disclosed to anyone. We accept no responsibility for unauthorized use of the password.
6.2 You may change your password any time, contacting us and we will send you a new password.
7. DATA PROTECTION
You shall market and refer traffic to the Sites and will be solely liable for the content and manner of any such marketing activities, which must be professional, proper, lawful and in accordance with any applicable regulations (including any laws or regulations relating to the content and nature of advertising or marketing including, but not limited to, the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as amended from time to time, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) ) and any other related legislation (among others: the CAP Code and the LCCP code).
8. DURATION AND TERMINATION OF COOPERATION
8.1 The term of this Agreement commences on completion of your registration in http://www.affiliates.netbet.gr (‘’Greek NetBet Affiliates’’) and approval of the Plan of Commercial Communication that our Company will submit to E.E.E.P where your site(s) will be included and lasts until terminated by either party.
8.2 Each party may terminate the present Agreement, without penalty and with immediate effect. The complaint is made in writing by email.
9. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
9.1 We reserve the right, at any time and in our sole discretion to modify the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to the modification of the affiliate's commission (excluding accrued commission they are already entitled to) into a fixed amount (flat fee) (under equivalent conditions).
9.2 You agree that notice of any amendments to the Agreement to you, the partner, will be deemed to have been automatically accepted by you and will be valid and binding. If you do not agree with these changes, you should immediately terminate the Agreement, as defined above.
10. COPYRIGHT

11. PARTIES RELATIONS
This Agreement does not create a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between us. You may not submit or accept offers on our behalf, or be empowered to represent us in any way. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from your participation in this cooperation program. We accept no responsibility for any interruption in the operation of our websites.
12. PAYMENT OF COMMISSION
12.1 For the withdrawal and payment of the commission which is recorded in your partnership account, you have until the 15th day of each calendar month to send us your relevant invoice corresponding to the commission amount you are entitled to.
12.2 The minimum amount that you can invoice and withdraw each time is €250.00
12.2 Affiliate commission will be paid on presentation of the invoice as above, only by bank transfer to a bank account held by the partner in Greece. No other method of payment will be accepted.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
13.1 Our Agreement, the interpretation of the contract, the execution of the Agreement, and all other legal relations between the parties shall be governed by the laws of Malta.
13.2 The Contracting Parties are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts for any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement.
14. Miscellaneous
14.1 This Agreement and any documents referred to in it constitute the complete Agreement between you and us regarding our cooperation.
14.2 If any of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the other terms of the Agreement will remain valid and the invalid or unenforceable term will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision with an equivalent effect.
14.3 Not practicing or delaying the practice of any right by us does not constitute and shall not be construed as relinquishment of these rights.
14.4 We reserve the right to assign or legally transfer our rights and obligations under this Agreement. You have no right to assign or otherwise transfer this Agreement.
