Shipping policy

UK, Channel Islands and Ireland Delivery Information

  • We ship orders with Evri and DPD for UK and Channel Island deliveries. The courier will be confirmed during checkout, however we may use alternative couriers in some situations to ensure timely delivery.

Mainland UK
- £4.95: 3-4 working days delivery
- £5.95: Next working day delivery when ordered before 2pm Mon-Fri

Northern Ireland
- £6.95: 3-7 working days delivery

Ireland
- £7.95: 4-9 working days delivery

Channel Islands
- £14: 3-4 working days delivery

  • Standard delivery is free on orders of 3 or more bottles.
  • Next day deliveries on orders made over the weekend won't be sent out until Monday, for delivery on Tuesday.
  • Most UK orders will arrive within 3-4 working days.
  • Your order will usually be delivered anytime between 9am and 5pm and a signature may be required on receipt.
  • If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier may leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up. Some couriers may leave the package by the door or designated safe place if you have communicated this directly to the courier.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance, please expect your delivery on the next working day.
  • While our couriers will do everything possible to deliver according to these timescales, we cannot guarantee the delivery times. 
  • When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as most posties deliver between 9am and 5pm, and will require a signature on receipt.

International Delivery Information

If you’re USA-based, we currently offer standard shipping via UPS within 3-5 business days:

  • The majority of orders will be processed within 48 Hours and dispatched from either our NY or CA warehouse destinations
  • In-transit times will be dependant on your location
  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • CleanCo is a non-alcoholic spirit, which makes it susceptible to freezing in extreme cold weather. As a result, shipping lead times to some locations may be longer than usual during winter months (December – March).
  • We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
At the moment, we do not ship to other European or Worldwide countries. However, we're busy working on options so if you’re not based in the UK or Ireland, please check back here soon.

    Delivery exceptions

    • We cannot deliver to an address if it puts the health and safety of our staff at risk. For example, when an address can only be reached by crossing dangerous terrain.
    • We cannot deliver when it is difficult to access the address. For example, where the address is on an island, or remote part of the mainland, with access only possible by boat or air or access is on poorly maintained roads that cannot be accessed by vehicle, and which would require more than a 15-minute round trip on foot, can be categorised as difficult to access exceptions.
    • In extreme cold weather conditions some addresses may not be reachable as most delivery companies do not provide temperature control services. If this affects your order then please contact customer service for help and further options

     

    Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an email order confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us for confirmation.

    We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
    Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided at time of checkout.
