Stolen. This content belongs to the copyright holder and unless they release it under a free license it is forbidden on Commons. Fair-use is not allowed on Commons.--KazyKazyKazakhstan (talk) 09:54, 9 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Keep and restore original screenshot uploaded at 13:21, 19 January 2020. I am the creator of the original screenshot that I uploaded on 19 January 2020. MicroG, the software depicted in the screenshot, is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0, which is a free software license. The screenshot does not show any work that is not a direct result of the program code itself, and thus, a separate license does not need to be indicated. The screenshot is not "stolen", because according to COM:SS, screenshots of freely licensed software (including MicroG) are accepted on Commons.
The current version of the image is an entirely different screenshot uploaded by BlauerBaum at 14:25, 27 October 2020, depicting a newer version of MicroG. This newer screenshot also includes the notification bar (top bar) and navigation bar (bottom bar) of the Android operating system, and these userspace software features of Android are also licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Since the newer screenshot does not depict any software that is not freely licensed, nor does it depict any work that is not a direct result of freely licensed program code, the newer screenshot is also eligible for inclusion in Commons. However, per COM:OW, files should not be overwritten with "Different files relating to the exact same object", which means that the original 19 January 2020 version should be restored and the current version uploaded on 27 October 2020 should be split into a separate file. — Newslinger talk 10:37, 13 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
