The station opened May 12, 1985 - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5th_Avenue_station_(LRT) original LRT stations are products of designs by Francisco Manosa in the 80s. No freedom of panorama in the phils. See an earlier nomination at Commons:Deletion requests/Files in Category:5th Avenue station. The work author, w:en:Francisco Mañosa (designer of LRT stations from 1980s), died in 2019, hence not yet in public domain. Uploader continues to upload recent works of architectural art despite some notices on their talk page.

Comment and Keep: Please see the Rizal Avenue Extension, Revision as of 11:40, 4 October 2022 205 photos vis-a-vis and corner 5th Avenue (Caloocan) Circumferential Road 3; a cursory perusal of these and the subject photos reveals that the subject of the photos under attack are the 2 roads in caloocan corners - Intersections in the Philippines; the station is just a background; Francisco Mañosa or his heirs cannot invoke copyright violations since it can be easily copied and reproduced regrettably I humbly oppose, sincerely RamaGaspar (talk) 07:08, 17 October 2022 (UTC).[reply]
@RamaGaspar: sorry but his heirs hold the copyright. Mañosa's firm includes it among their projects: see [1]. And I cannot see the validity of your claim that it can be copied: online articles like this describe its distinctive architecture inspired from bahay kubo (nipa hut) architecture, a common feature in Mañosa's œuvres. And no, the station appears an intentional element than trivial element. JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 09:17, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
