Italian copyright law doesn't grant freedom of panorama for almost anything. This building's designer, w:Richard Meier, is still alive. Cultural heritage privilege doesn't mean it is no longer copyrighted, and having WLM tag doesn't mean these underwent proper COM:OTRS permission from Meier for the use of commercial licensing. Kept: no valid reason for deletion: the church can be photographed under Creative Commons license. There is a WLM permission (wiki-ID: 580915466). Ruthven (msg) 06:55, 5 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The church was completed in 2003 by Richard Meier (1934–). There is no freedom of panorama in Italy, permission from him is required.

There is no FoP in Italy and Italy has a standard of life + 70 years. The buildings architect is Richard Meier and he is still alive. In the category header it states that there should not be uploaded files of the building if they are not de minimis. In the files nominated, the church is in focus.
