[edit]There is no acceptable Freedom of Panorama in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Zaïre). Images of copyrighted architectural works can only be freely used in "newspapers, journals and school textbooks," but not in the Internet. These commercially-licensed images violate the copyrights of two architectural engineers of the government building. Per w:fr:Palais du Peuple (Kinshasa), the building was completed in 1979 and was authored by both Chinese architectural engineer Lin Kia-Wu and Congolese architectural engineer Seka Fwatuyisa.
