Missing permission. The category also contains some images by the same photographer with confirmed permission.

Made specifically sent those images to me to be uploaded. At some point, he even wrote some articles to the Estonian Wikipedia. So technically he is a Wikipedian. Just adding images was a thing he was never interested of figuring out on how to do that.

I stumbled across these files when processing File:Eestlased NSVL rahvasaadikute kongressil Kremlis mai 1989.jpg. Regarding the ticket, I am still not fully convinced. Maybe @Krd: wants to have a look at this? --Didym (talk) 19:45, 19 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As for Eestlased NSVL rahvasaadikute kongressil Kremlis mai 1989.jpg, then it is bit more complicated there. Photographer is ETA (Eesti Teadeteagentuur), a now defunct organization. Made has used the image in his books, but not specified on how he actually got it. So his permisson there is somewhat shabby. And he hasn't replied to more specific letters.
