• Reason: At Commons:Deletion requests/File:Jacivelasquez.JPG User:Heraldicos nominated an image. User:Elzodiacogriego (Celestial) voted for delete. I noticed User_talk:Pieter_Kuiper#Funny. • I added User:Orgfox for the following Reason: this account was created yesterday. His contributions by now: firstly in COM:DR where he voted in favor of DR filed by Heraldicos, secondly filing speedy deletion request against files Heraldicos already filed a DR against, and two edits to his own user page. --Rotkraut (talk) 18:29, 28 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I wasn't aware we were dealing with someone liable to be socking, else it would have been. That said, a few more have been blocked, though I've left Heraldicos unblocked - I leave it up to those who know the user better and/or the community more generally to take action as appropriate.
