One of the most exacting jobs of the century has been placed in the hands of this Wisconsin legal genius, Samuel Becker, 33, who is now conducting the Federal investigation of the American Telephone and Telegraph Co., for the Federal Communications Commission. A former utilities counsel, Becker was appointed to his present post as special counsel to the Communications Commission on the recommendation if the fiery and brilliant Ferdinand Pecora, Hearing on the A.T. and T. investigation will be resumed late in the fall
